As a leader in cybersecurity, we’re passionate about supporting the next generation of professionals pursuing an education and career in cybersecurity. As the cybersecurity landscape evolves and cyber threats become more complex and difficult to detect, we’re seeking students who want to bring a more diverse perspective and create an inclusive environment to solve the cybersecurity challenges of the future.

Wallarm Cybersecurity Scholarship Program is an initiative designed to support the next generation of professionals in pursuing an education and career in the security field. For the first time, the scholarship program will award the first-place winner a $2,000.

Information

Level of Study: Graduate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, High School Senior Graduating.

Award Type: Scholarship.

Purpose: To support the next generation of cybersecurity leaders by identifying students who are passionate about innovating in the next wave of online threats.

Focus: Computer and Information Sciences; Security.

Eligibility: Applicants must be legal residents of the United States who are sixteen years of age or older at the time of application and who are currently enrolled (or have been accepted to enroll) in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher learning (college or university) with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Criteria: Selection will be based on the submitted essay/article with an emphasis on creativity, thoughtfulness, and discernment. Awards are granted without regard to creed, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, or national origin.

Funds: $2,000.

Deadline: September 30, 2021. / deadline extended to October 30

To Apply: 

  • Applicant must provide name and contact information, academic transcripts and essays ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 words that answers the question get from email after complete registration.
  • Copy of the first two pages of the most recently filed IRS Form 1040 used for the Financial Information Page.
