Kevin, who is a CISO at BitRail is joining Wallarm as a strategic advisor. Kevin has 15+ years of hands-on experience designing and building security programs (enterprise cybersecurity, governance, strategy, regulatory compliance, infrastructure/application security, incident response and IT risk management). His background spans multiple industries such as fintech, insurance, e-commerce, energy/utilities, legal and managed security services. Kevin held leadership roles within management consulting and industry at several Fortune 1000 organizations and startups.
Kevin says, “In my opinion, Wallarm has the potential to disrupt a very crowded and legacy AppSec market by effectively leveraging both AI and ML to protect app’s and API’s. Wallarm is positioned well in the AppSec market, I’m excited to come on board as an advisor and work with some of the brightest and talented minds in the application security space.”
Also joining the Wallarm board of advisors is Frank Kim. Frank is a founder of ThinkSec, a security consulting and CISO advisory firm. Previously, as CISO at the SANS Institute, Frank led the information risk function for the most trusted source of computer security training and certification in the world. With the SANS Institute, Frank continues to lead the management and DevSecOps curricula, helping to develop the next generation of security leaders.
Prior to SANS, Frank was an executive director of cybersecurity at Kaiser Permanente where he built an innovative security program to meet the unique needs of the nation’s largest not-for-profit health plan and integrated health care provider with annual revenue of $60 billion, 10 million members, and 175,000 employees.
Frank comments about Wallarm security automation, “In a mountain of data it is difficult to know when to pay attention. Wallarm’s unique approach provides actionable insight that identifies and protects against real attacks and vulnerabilities. I’m excited to be part of the team that automates this for modern services and cloud-based applications.“
In addition to the great advisors, Wallarm is glad to welcome a new VP of Security Solutions, Victor Gartvich. Victor will help grow Wallarm professional services offering and further adoption and integration of Wallarm advanced technology.

Victor’s pedigree includes leading security and DevOps efforts at Lacework, an up-n-coming Silicon Valley data security company. Prior to that Victor spent four years leading product and engineering activities at application security and performance startup Nuubit and held technology and security positions at several startup and enterprise companies. Victor holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Tashkent State Technical University.
